One of the benefits of working with a large community association management company is that certain efficiencies may be realized through aggregated purchasing and vendor relationships. In some instances, Action Property Management, Inc., (“Action”) or its affiliates, may receive the compensation, including but not limited to reimbursements, referral fees, transaction fees, or other economic benefits, for facilitating relationships with third-party vendors or service providers. Such arrangements may be entered for a variety of business reasons, including operational efficiency, vendor management, and the coordination of services across multiple clients and locations.
Such relationships may provide operational or pricing efficiencies in certain circumstances; however, Action does not guarantee that pricing will be lower than that available from other vendors.
Action’s objective is to maintain business relationships that support the efficient delivery of services to the associations it manages while maintaining transparency regarding any economic benefits received by Action or its affiliates.
Action will make every reasonable effort to disclose such relationships at the time an offer is presented to a client, and as relationships change, such relationships will be disclosed and updated on this website.
The purchase of any product and/or service, through any offering, preferred vendor program, consolidated purchasing program, or similar arrangement operated by Action or its affiliates, is completely voluntary. There may be other companies available with similar products and services. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH A COMPANY WITH A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH ACTION.
In accordance with applicable law, including but not limited to Section 5375.5 of California Civil Code and Section 468.4335 of the Florida Statutes, Action is generally required to disclose any relationships with third party suppliers who might provide services or bids for services to Action’s clients, or any situations in which Action or an affiliate of Action may have an interest in a supplier or service provider providing supplies or services or bidding for the provision of supplies or services, to Action’s clients.
The following list of service providers and vendors/contractors (along with their divisions, subsidiaries or affiliates) represents entities with whom Action, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or persons with a financial interest in Action (or their relatives) may have a financial relationship or from whom they may receive additional benefits:
Action may from time to time modify, add, or remove vendors or service providers from this list as business relationships evolve. Associations may request additional information regarding any such relationship.
